The ECG Professional is a 12-lead Transtelephonic ECG (electrocardiogram) recorder and transmitter for the communication of, via the telephone, a patient's electrocardiogram (ECG) to a diagnostic or emergency centre.
Using its internal memory, a patient's ECG can be stored for transmission at a later time. and can be transmit from any place at any time.
Electrodes should be applied under supervision of a physician. However, the system is designed so that the user can record an episode on the recorder and then transmit it to the receiving centre.
Heart view professional has the capability of storing complete 12 -lead ECG data (12 leads, 2.5 seconds each and a rhythm lead of 10 seconds, separated by a 1mv calibration signal). The ECG data can be downloaded to any PC or notebook computer by using its serial interface.
There are no known contraindications to the use of the ECG Professional, which uses 1x9V battery. It easy to use and no maintenance are required.
